Breakfast Casserole

4 slices of bread
1 lb maple sausage
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
6 eggs
2 cup milk
1 tsp ground mustard
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper

  • Break bread into cubes and place in a greased 9x13
  • Brown sausage and then sprinkle over bread, then sprinkle cheese over the sausage.
  • In a bowl whisk the eggs, milk mustard, salt, and pepper. Pour over the sausage and cheese. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes or until puffed and golden.
  • Yield 6-8 servings
