Party Potatoes

• 6-10 large potatoes, boiled and grated
• 1/2 c. butter
• 2 cans cream of chicken soup
• 1/2 c. sour cream
• 2 c. cheese 

Melt together in a saucepan, add sauce to potatoes and put in 13" x 9" pan. 

Bake at 375 degrees for 45 min.

Top with crushed potato chips.
