Won Ton Salad

  • 2-3 chicken breasts, cooked and diced
  • 1 head lettuce, chopped
  • 1/2 c. sesame seeds
  • 1 can water chestnuts
  • 8 green onions

Dressing:
  • 8 TBS sugar
  • 2 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 c. oil
  • 1/4 c. rice vinegar

In large bowl, place chicken, lettuce, water chestnuts, onions and sesame seeds.

For dressing, place ingredients in blender and mix. Pour over salad

Just before serving, add 3/4 pkg. of fried won tons, broken. Can also use ramen noodles broken up.
