Artichoke Spinach Dip

  • 1 c. canned artichoke hearts or frozen artichoke hearts, chopped
  • 8 oz. cream cheese
  • 1/2 c. spinach, chopped, thawed
  • 1/2 c. parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1/2 tsp. red pepper flakes, crushed
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1/8 tsp. garlic salt
Boil spinach and artichoke hearts in 1 cup of water in a small pan over medium heat until tender; about 10 min. Drain. Heat cream cheese in a small bowl in microwave on high for 10 min.(?) Add spinach and artichoke hearts to cream cheese and stir well. Add remaining ingredients to the cream cheese. Serve warm. Great with crackers, chips or toasted bread.
