Gnocchi with pink sauce

  • Alfredo Sauce (jar, or homemade)
  • pasta sauce (jar, or homemade)
  • 1/4 c. butter
  • 1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 evaporated milk
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • dash of pepper
  • prepared gnocchi (in the freezer section, or make your own if you're feeling ambitious)

Heat butter and evaporated milk in a saucepan over medium heat, stirring frequently until butter is melted and mixture starts to bubble. Reduce heat to low, simmer 6 min., stirring frequently until slightly thickened. Remove from heat. Stir in cheese, salt and pepper. Mix in 1 cup of pasta sauce.

Cook Gnocchi according to package. Mix with sauce, serve.
