- 1 pkg. wide egg noodles
- 1/4 c. butter
- 1 bag frozen peas
- 1 ham steak, cut into bite size pieces or about 1 1/2 c. diced or cubed ham
cream sauce:
- 1/4 c. butter or margarine, melted, then add:
- 1 c. whipping cream
- 1/2 c. shredded Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
Cook noodles, drain. Meanwhile, make the sauce and add the ham and peas. Mix the butter with the noodles in a large serving bowl (or back in the pot you used to cook them in)- add the cream sauce. Enjoy! Simple and easy :) Plus, we had this dish at a fancy restaurant outside of Zion's - the only difference was the price tag.
