Crock Pot French Dip Sandwiches

  • 1 large beef roast
  • 1 14.5 oz. can beef broth
  • 1 can of water (Fill beef broth can with water)
  • 1 pkg. dry Good Seasons Italian Salad Dressing Mix
  • 1 pkg. Au Jus gravy mix

Place roast in crock pot, add all ingredients. Cook on high for 5-6 hrs. until the roast can be easily shredded. Place the shredded beef on hard rolls and dip into the broth.
