LaRae's Yeast Rolls

  • 1 c. lukewarm water
  • 2 yeast cakes
  • 2/3 c. sugar
  • 2/3 c. shortening
  • 2 c. lukewarm water
  • 6 eggs (or) 1/4 c. water for each egg (or) 4 eggs + 1/2 c. water
  • 1 tsp. salt
Add all ingredients and approximately 5 c. flour. Add extra flour if needed to make dough not stiff, but a little sticky. Lt rise in pan or refrigerate overnight in pan.
