- 1 pkg. tortellini (frozen)
- 1/2 c. mayonnaise
- 1/4 c. milk
- 1/4 + 1/3 c. Parmesan cheese
- 2 TBSP. lemon juice
- 2 cloves garlic, pressed
- 8 c. torn romaine lettuce
- 1 c. seasoned croutons
- halved cherry tomatoes
Cook tortellini. Combine mayonnaise, milk, 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese, lemon juice and garlic. Toss with lettuce and tortellini. Top with croutons, tomatoes and the rest of the Parmesan cheese.
