Thai Chicken

Ingredients:
  • 1 lb. chicken
  • stir fry vegetables of your choice
  • 2 cloves crushed garlic
  • 8 oz. thai noodles
Sauce:
  • 1 c. chicken broth
  • 1 TB fish sauce
  • 1 TB sugar
  • 2 TB oyster sauce
  • 2 TB sweet soy sauce
  • 2 T brown sugar, 2 cloves crushed garlic, and 1 tsp. chili paste, add to your taste depending on how sweet or spicy you want it
Directions:

Mix all sauce ingredients and simmer for 10 minutes. Stir fry chicken with garlic and green onion. Add vegetables when chicken is done. When tender, pour sauce over chicken, add uncooked noodles and let it simmer about 5 minutes.
