Moon Pie

1 1/2 cups water
6 T butter
2 T sugar
dash of salt
1 1/2 cups flour
6 eggs

  • Bring water, butter, sugar, and salt to a boil. Do not evaporate.
  • Add flour all at once and stir quickly until the flour pulls away from the sides. Let cool for a minute or two.
  • Add eggs one at time mixing them completely in after each addition. (Use a hand mixer)
  • Spread on a lightly greased cookie sheet (approximately 18x13x1)
  • Bake at 350 for 30 minutes.

1 large and 1 small packet of instant vanilla pudding
4 cups of milk
10 oz of 0cream cheese
12 oz of cool whip
chocolate syrup
nuts of your choice

  • While the cream puff is cooling, mix 1 large and 1 small packet of instant vanilla pudding with a little less than 4 cups of Milk. Let the pudding set up.
  • Soften the cream cheese and then mix it with a little bit of milk until it is smooth. Combine the cream cheese and pudding until smooth.
  • Spread the pudding mixture on the cream puff then put the cool whip on top of that and drizzle with chocolate syrup and nuts. ENJOY!
