Apple Crisp

2 cups flour
1 cup brown sugar
1 1/2 teaspoon salt
2 teaspoons baking powder
2 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla

  • Mix till crumbly

Peel & slice 8 apples

  • Butter 9x13 cake pan, place apples on the bottom & sprinkle mix on top.

  • Melt 1/2 cup butter and drizzle over the top. Sprinkle with cinnamon sugar.

  • Bake for 30 minutes at 350 degrees

  • Serve warm with vanilla ice cream.
